Each applicant should complete the admission form and return it to our school office during 2 January - 16 January 2026 or submit the application via the SSPA e-Platform.（Please refer to the details below.)

收集個人資料聲明：申請人在報名表格上所提供的個人資料，只用於是次申請。在一般情況下，所有收集的資料將於派位結果公佈後的三個月後銷毀。

Personal Information Collection Statement: All personal data provided in this form will only apply to this particular application. Under normal circumstances, all application data collected will be discarded three months after the announcement of the admission results.
